Ok, so until I get another post up here I figured I’d throw out a site to take a gander through. The author isn’t a member of the site anymore, so there won’t be any new content there, but all of his old articles are still up. He’s in the process of looking for a good blog spot to keep writing about leadership items.

Take a look…and let me know what you think:

Hi DPL,

Enjoyed this a lot. Denis Waitley is quite inspiring. His points on leadership (quoted in the post) are so right:

1. Leaders see ahead and are excited, a leader not only has vision but also is able to help others envision the future.
2. Leaders must be a realist. A visionary and a realist is a great combination in a leader.
3. Integrity is the mission 24/7 at home, at work, public or private. A little lie today becomes the hurricane of tomorrow.
4. A leader needs courage. Lack of fear is not courage, training is courage. He reminded us of the second quote of Neil Armstrong when he landed on the moon, “It’s just like drill”. Courage is the strength to do training repeatedly until reality is just like drill.

(Hope it was okay to reprint them here.)
